Wooow that box looked crazy! Good thing the bag wasn't damaged. It looks beautiful. It may have been inventory from the back since it still had stuffing in it. Sometimes when the warehouse runs out, they send bags from the actual stores. I'm glad you're happy with it 😊

Yes, it does look good. I’m surprised the bag didn’t get damaged. You know what, you have a valid point. It may be inventory from the back because if they had taken the display bag they would have to replace it with another display. Then again, they probably left the stuffing in all their display bags because this bag is a slouchy bag and it would look a mess being on display if it didn’t have some stuffing. Yes, I’m happy with it. I couldn’t find anything wrong with it.

It looks to be in great condition but the box had me worried at first. I would definitely keep it since it seems to be ok and not worn. That sale had me looking at a 2nd also. I love these Large Rowans and so glad you grabbed this one. TFS

Yes ma’am, it is. That box had me worried too. It is in great condition. I couldn’t find anything wrong with it. I just wanted the factory wrapped experience like I had with the large Rowan in dark stone. I wonder if all of their bags will be shipped from stores since Florida has a hurricane. I love these large Rowans too! There are definitely going to get a lot of wear. Thanks for watching! 😊

I also received a bag from the outlet that didn’t appear to be factory wrapped. Same as yours where the zipper pull had the wrapping and there was some paper stuffed in the bag, as well as wrapped on the outside. I’ve watched a lot of coach unboxing videos though and there’s usually a whole lot of plastic if it was factory wrapped. Mine isn’t damaged or worn looking either though. I got the regular Rowan.

I know the box looked bad... And it's not factory wrapped but if it looks good, I would keep it. I couldn't see any flaws but I am not looking at it in person. I think it's beautiful. I personally wouldn't be put off but the lack of wrapping but that's just me. I woukd keep her! Thanks for the unboxing! I love it!

I recently had a similar experience. My order was from Coach outlet. I thought maybe it was typical from the outlet store. It did not look factory wrapped. Also, it did not come with the receipt in the black envelope. Another disappointment is now the bag is priced at an even bigger discount. I called customer service. They told me the receipts are emailed only. That's a new policy to me. I also asked about the discount. I was told they do not adjust price once the order has been shipped. The bag was not damaged. It looks good. I might keep it. I might 🤷‍♀

Wow, Coach needs to do better. They told me they normally don’t adjust the price on Coach Outlet items, but they would do a one time adjustment for me. I got the adjustment before I received the bag. The very next day, they discounted the bag 20% for that day only. So I called and she told me once it shipped, they would credit my card. Well, they didn’t. So I called again and they credited it. They did apologize for the inconvenience. I’m sure I won’t get another one, regardless of my purchase history.

It sucks to get a bag that's not factory wrapped. I know for a fact that my Ruby 25 was a return. However, there was nothing wrong with the bag, so I kept it and I still love it. If the fact that it didn't come factory wrapped really bothers you to the point where you will not enjoy the bag, then return it. I'm amazed it came undamaged with the condition of the box!
