Just like you, after a meal im craving cig. There are times when the cravings hit. Like for me, if had a drink, i have to smoke. So at first i avoid going for a night out. And then i tried going out with my non-smoker friends to accustom myself to a new alternate way and i can restrain myself better with them Once your willpower get stronger, it's a walk in the park. No more cravings for cig, i can enjoy drinks smoke free 🙌🏻✨ It's about knowing the triggers and how to overcome it. But ultimately, you gotta have the right mindset 👊🏻 Stay strong Marie! you got this. *edit: i quit smoking back in 2015.. cigarette. Vape wasn't a thing back then.. good old tobacco lol
