Not a penalty it was Kanes foot that struck the sole of Dumfrieses boot. Ref was at fault , Watkins goal was a cracker and England were the better team and would have won in extra time without the penalty.

The footage is not clear if the ball is touched by Saka's hand, but it is clear, that the contact with Kean is made after he kicks the ball, so it shouldn't be a penalty. Moreover, the ref made many calls wrong for both sides, but there was a period of the game he made many calls against the Netherlands that where just rough play and no fowl.

If you sont understand the new handball rule, dont make a video about it . Even if it did touch it didn't matter off the deflection, unless a goal was scored. If the goal is scored dor the attacking team, any touch off the hand, deflection or unintended, is still handball

Obviously it's not a CLEAR handball ...the angle in this video does not 100% show a handball as its from behind the player so can be misconstrued....however if you watch the USA coverage they had 3 angles of it and 1 of them actually does CLEARLY show it didn't hit his hand....do your research before calling people idiots instead of relying on a video that is not a clear angle at all

Talk about robbery, then talk also about how Ake ippom was not a penalty, not even a corner, but a yellow for our captain who is required to talk to the ref. Or how Dutch beat the English press beautifully, gains momentum, then a no foul event is converted into a free kick for England leading up to their second goal instead of a goal scoring opportunity for the Dutch. 100% rigged.

If one look’s at the footage one can clearly see that number 7 Chappie has in-fact hindered the travel motion of the football, by means of his arm limb. Therefore a penalty should quite clearly not be awarded to the English/British team.
