7:57 why did MFP drop to D tier? Personally I think it’s got to be at least B tier. Everybody else is competing with them. They own most of the marketshare.
@daltoncharackyКүн бұрын
My bad on the switch, it should stay at C tier. The app is in fact the most popular by far, but in terms of quality from personal experience and from others, I’ve seen other apps do the same thing but faster and better. I didn’t rank apps just on popularity lol

With macro factor i just have the feeling that the nutrition stats do not match to European food at all. America has often way more and sugar in their products. In germany i have to adjust almost every songle entry. Queit annoying. Otherwise great

The focus on food quality from Weight Watchers can work quite well and in a sustainable long therm way. Just focus on high satiety per calorie foods and manage how strict I am with the diet based on how much weight I'm losing. I lost 37 pounds without any tracking using that approach, it wasn't Weight Watchers but the idea is similar. No approach will work for everyone but its certainly viable. On the other hand bulking without tracking was a mess and I only managed to gain 5 pounds of fat. To fix that I downloaded MacroFactor and so far quite happy with it.

My friend had a similar experience when wanting to bulk! Using MacroFactor saved his life lol

Does this excercise also target upper back?
@daltoncharacky29 күн бұрын
While it does focus on lats at a close grip, if you change the arm direction to a wide grip like a chest supported row, it can target upper back too!

Alpha Progression by a long shot. I still use it now & the AI features come in handy no matter how advanced you are. Strong doesn’t really assist you at all and is just a log

I saw a cooking video of someone cooking ground beef, rinsing it in a strainer, then heat it again and put it with rice in meal prep. Aside from it being strange and probably not as flavorful, would that decrease the amount of fat by a significant amount?
@daltoncharackyАй бұрын
Technically yes! It’s similar to cooking with butter and removing excess butter from a pan. It might have less flavor but it would be leaner. How much leaner is another question. It could be as little as 1% to 10% but honestly no one would get an EXACT amount so it’s safe to consider the calories from the label you bought

ex-premium who canceled after price raise I could tell you one feature Strava has that others don't...oh wait not I won't because they decided to fleece their customers so I'm not giving them reasons to stay over-priced, it was a nice app but now that I have a garmin app and gear I don't need them I already have my own stats

One thing I learned kinda early on when I started eating 1 lb of ground beef or ground Turkey pretty much twice a day everyday was that it’s way better when u put it in a bowl and mix something else in with it… in the beginning I was mixing in a cup of rice and half a bag of frozen veggies… Only problem is the cups of rice I thought were a single serving were actually 2 servings which was about 400-500 cals per container… twice a day lol… so instead of rice I just started putting the whole bag of frozen veg in the bowl… it was only another 60 cals to add all the veggies and considering the rice alone was 800-1k cals a day it was a no brainer… I can eat ground meat with veggies everyday and be ok with it… for me the hardest part of a diet is feeling starved or feeling like I can’t ever be “full”… I don’t feel like that at all with this diet… I recommend to anyone to try it… really not that expensive an lb of lean ground beef in TX is 6.50-750 an lb… ground Turkey is 5-6 bucks an lb… eating two meals for about 15 bucks a day is cheaper than eating fast food…
