This is not an ownership certificate. Both building and ownership certificates are different. Video is explaining more about tax payment

@@kiran1782 I have submitted this as building ownership certificate for getting new water connection for the building and they accepted and I got water connection.if we need to get the cerficate then pending building tax payment should be cleared.

Hi bro I have magnite xe amt variant and i have some doubts, 1. Can we change the gear from automatic to manual drive while driving.? 2. Is there any noise from the engine room during gear shifting? And i can hear a sound even when i turn off the car and getting out. Is it normal to AmT gear box?

@@Fzacma let me answer ur queries...1. Yes u can, 2 . Gear shifting there is no sound and gear shifting is very relaxed manner compared to my previous amt kwid. If ur feeling some sound while switching off the engine, try pressing brake and switching off engine will.solve.

Havent experienced vibrations in reverse gear, pls take the vehicle to service center if its happening always, since amt is non turbo engine lag is there. When you drive in a relaxed manner the lag is reduced.
