Thanks a lot for the video.... it is of great help as no where a link for downloading ownership certificate was mentioned....only after seeing your full video till end we understand that link is available but kept in a hidden fashion

This is not an ownership certificate. Both building and ownership certificates are different. Video is explaining more about tax payment

@@kiran1782 I have submitted this as building ownership certificate for getting new water connection for the building and they accepted and I got water connection.if we need to get the cerficate then pending building tax payment should be cleared.

@@iqu007 Kannur Kallyasseri is grama panchayath, its not yet in Ksmart, u have to visit tax.lsgkerala.gov.in/epayment/.

So building certificate is the real (ownership certificate) that we are looking for.... The problem is that the downloaded building certificate does not mention the house (building) name and address which is vital proof despite the ward number, door number and building ID that requires further investigation to get the validity of this building certificate.

Exactly. The building certificate usualy dont mention the name and only the building number. The certifcate can be validated using the qr code printed at bottom of the certificate, by scanning that we can get the certificate number and date of issue which we can cross check with certificate details to validate.

After approval incase of corrections, u have to get to the muncipality or corporation authority directly.

Adhaar owner വിദേശത്താണ്. ആധാർ വെരിഫൈ ചെയ്യാൻ സാധിക്കില്ല. അങ്ങനെയുള്ള അവസരത്തിൽ എന്ത് ചെയ്യും?

There are other options to create and register user, you can check to register with other documents. But aadhar verification is easier.

With new Ksmart we need to register the user , only after that we can download.
