I wish wet n wild would do more pinky plummy purply blushes. They have enough orange. I’d really like to see them do some more plums and such. I don’t even recall seeing that Scooby Doo collection. I probably would’ve picked up that blush. I picked up the highlighting blush palette from the nightmare before Christmas collection today at our local drug Mart. The store is only in Ohio. They always seem to get in these collections. The plummy pink blush that is on the right side of the trio is why I bought it . I’ll never use the other 2 colors. 😂 it will be tricky to put on 😅Good for you for going through your close expired makeup. I have makeup that is ancient I still use.

I love fresh pumpkins and candy corn. It’s hard to eat just a few at a time. 🎃 I bought the Earth shampoo from Walmart. The one at Walmart said new and improved. I love an herbal fragrance that’s why I bought it 😂it lathers nicely. Any brushes I don’t use I use to clean my hallmark ornaments before I pack them up for the year. They work great I like a flimsy brush for cleaning intricate places the ornaments are so fragile it seems like it would take me forever because I have quite a collection but once I get going, it’s not bad 😊 I will be looking for the en Vogue palette those colors look really pretty and thank you Crystal for letting us know 😊👍

LA Colors lip products are hit or miss but mostly hits. I don't like their auto liner but I absolutely love their gel liner that's sharpenable. I love that holographic lip gloss and my favorite is in heavenly but dream world is also gorgeous. My wal-mart has a good LA colors selection right now. Have you tried their 98 cent lipstick I think it's ultra hydrating pout? Honestly it's blowing my mind I had to go back and get another one. I have dandy and rosewood which are pink and mauve.

My Dollar Tree hatch the 12th PAN palace a couple of them. I noticed that none of them have shimmers in them the way en vogue does. I really hope eventually LA colors will Reformulate and add shimmers to all of the 12 pen palettes that they offer. En vogue looks really pretty. I hope I can get one.

I also need to cut down on sugar, it is a challenge for sure 😬

I freeze before I decant a lipstick it comes out better and you can put it in another tube much easier

Very interesting!

I transfer lipsticks into different tubes pretty frequently. The key is to freeze the "donor" bullet for about 15-20 minutes and only extract it when it's frozen. I take a piece of Saran Wrap to wrap and hold the frozen lipstick and then gently ease it into its new tube. If you're removing the old lipstick from the tube you intend to re-use, use the same process. I've never had a casualty this way, knock wood!

I have the “Rosebud” and the fragrance is no more objectionable to me than that of several high-end lipsticks I have. The color is as dark as I can go, because my lips are so thin, but I’m going to use it. I hadn’t thought about it being thinner than most bullets, but you’re absolutely right. I would have smushed it into the top already if you hadn’t warned me to be careful. Thank you!

Sorry to hear that the DP lipstick consistency isn't great. I also intend to get one lipstick for the tube. I can usually make various lipstick formulas work by applying lip balm underneath or gloss on top. I line my lips with lipliners to contain runny lipsticks or to make the colors look better kn my skintone. Regarding creating lipsticks, TKB Trading sells a lipstick base to which you add your own pigment. If you don't wish to invest, you'll need candellila wax rather than Vaseline which is more suited for gloss. There are a lot of recipes online for creating your own lipsticks. How did you shape yours to fit into the tube?

I saw those two collections at Ulta the other day and it was picked over pretty good. They did have one palette left. I actually popped in there because all Mac lipsticks were half off so it was either get the palette or get the lipstick.😂 i’m trying to discipline my make up buying habits. 😊 of all these berry colors are just so enticing. Thanks for showing all the fun stuff.

The same thing happened with my hair too. I now use a clarifying shampoo once a week that helps bring my hair back to neutral and removes build up from my regular shampoo. That solved it for me. Really cute tee too!

I’ll pop into my local Walgreens and see if I can find that peanuts collection. I did see some peanuts pillows in a local store here called Marks. It’s only found in our state of Ohio. They get in a lot of closeouts and stuff. You just can’t find anywhere else. It’s a really neat store watching Charlie Brown’s Halloween special always brings back fond memories of my mom buying chips and dip and cherry pop watching Halloween specials.
