Hi Clare, I'm Italian and the first time I saw you live was in Dublin on January 1 2023 while I was on vacation, I've been listening to you since then, thank you so much for the great emotions you transmit to me!

Does anyone know the origin of the words ‘I see through the eyes of my mother, I feel through the hands of my father’ Is it a proverb or something of the like? I have a vague yet deep memory feeling of it.

Wonderful. In American soul music, references are made to Muscle Shoals and the the sound of the Tenasseee river as a source of the soul, I think in Ireland the wild west coast inspires the soul of Irish music.

Its Brian Finnegan. He is the Chuck Norris of whistle playing. Give him a stone with a hole in it and he will play the hell out of it.
