“Manically mentally ill competitive” Oof, nailed that one, Gary.

I'll admit that I've purchased movies on prime video because I didn't feel like getting up and walking across the house to get the blue-ray on two or three occasions...

The pulp is still in there, it's just very finely ground. When you shake up a plastic bottle, that stuff on the bottom is the pulp. :)

All sports trophies are participation trophies. The fact that grown men can get the equivalent of multiple salaries' worth of money for doing LESS than anyone earning just one of those salaries is the ultimate participation trophy. And even more sad are the people, especially those down in the comments, defending the idea of "real trophies" vs "participation trophies". Sports isn't life or livelihood for the majority of people. Grow up and stop living vicariously through your sports team affiliation. The trophy means nothing, other than how much money you are idiotically willing to waste on it, and "your team" getting a trophy means nothing. You did less than the bare minimum to earn any association with said team or trophy.

I always loved his comedy until I saw him live in Orlando last week. Halfway through a terrific set, he got political for 20 minutes......not a good mix. I'm here for a laugh, not your political opinion.

My mom pulled a similar trick every time my sister and I begged and earned a trip to the mall. We would select just one special item we wanted, present it with tender hope, and my mom would crush us with the dreaded words “It’s nice… but do you really NEED this?” Gary, I adore you! 💜

Sounds like my dad. I got his fathers pocket watch. A true railroad watch. 1917 Bunn Special, 23 jewels. It was worth about $500 when i looked it up some years ago. Unfortunately, I also got his honesty. I've been called every name in the book for that trait. Apparently I'm an idiot for not lying and cheating for my advantage.
