When I saw a news item on You Tube last night I thought of you and your family when they mentioned Tel Aviv. I was so afraid for all of you. So happy to see you today understandably exhausted and on edge. Rest and keep your hands busy. Sometimes we don't realize when we are stressed our bodies respond because of the constant anxiety with a deep fatigue. May you all be kept safe, your family and beyond. And may this war soon find its end though I am not sure how that looks anymore. I'm also thinking of your husband's brother through all of this.
