And for some reason we decided to get rid of every indoor, sheltered train station and replace them with a wide open platform with absolutely zero heating. So if your Calgary Transit experience wasn't miserable enough, you can now come close to freezing to death waiting for the bus/train. Thanks

It took two consecutive winters where the temperatures dropped to negative forty-two to make me pack my stuff and go back to Europe . The cold is not as big of a problem as the dramatic seasonal fluctuations the province is going through from winter to summer. When you have temperatures ranging from -30 to -45 in winter and during summer it can get as high as 39 degrees, it begs so many questions. I firmly believe that that is detrimental to your body, plus it's not a good quality of life.
