Is this bike suitable for a 6.3” person?
@ZiZZOBikesАй бұрын
Hey @osvaldoguzman6049 Great question and it all "depends." Two people at 6'3" may have very different body proportions (one with long legs and short torso. The other with short legs and long torso. Each rider will require a different fit for the same bike. With that being said, 6'3" is at the tail end of the fit recommendation for ZiZZO Bikes. If you do have longer legs, the simple solution would be to get a longer seatpost. If you have a longer torso, there are some adjustment you can also consider. The best way to find out: test ride teh bike! We have a 30 day return window and many of our third party sellers, like Amazon, will also have a 30 day return window. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Tony

After watching these 3 getting started Forte videos, which are helpful as far as they go, then searching the other videos, I have one question... Why is there no video about getting started for the eForte, even though it has been out for over a year? No unboxing or safety check or first ride on the electric Forte? It's almost like it was released then ignored. Mine just arrived and will be unboxed today, but it is really disappointing that I am completely on my own for the entire electric part... especially no safety check portion. Sure, I will figure it out, but seriously... do some videos on the eForte.

I have a Zizzo Campo and it didn't have the side hex nuts. I loosened the top hex nut and it loosened the connection to handlebars and front wheel, not the headset. To tighten the headset it has a knurled nut at the top of the headset you turn by hand. Seemed backing if off 1/8 of a turn and then hand tightening it back down was best. Then tightened the top hex nut slightly, turned handlebars to align with front wheel, and then tightened the hex nut well. Wish there was a video on the Campo headset adjustment.

Hey @cc58 Thanks for your post and it sounds like your bike has a different headset. The guide above is for a THREADED headset and these can be found on the Marino, Forte, e-Forte, Urbano, Liberte and Via models. Hey @samuel2560 Thank you for your interest in ZiZZO Bikes. Firstly, all ZiZZO Bikes are designed for reiders between 4'8"-6'3" and you are right in the middle of that fit range. HOWEVER, all bodies are different and longer leg or longer torso can affect that fit. For more "real world" feedback, post your question or our user's group in Facebook (facebook.com/groups/362160974275218). These riders should be able to give you the feedback you are looking for! @@ZiZZOBikes You might want to read the review on your web site by Edmond A. dated 5/18/2024, which states the Tourney deraillier problems he was having ... specifically "It kept skipping, ghost-shifting, dropping gears". @@torinsall Thanks for your suggestion. The bikes are already fully packed with foam / protective material and taking out bikes for customization is not part of our normal procedures. What to do about the fact that the derailuer refuses to even stick in 2nd gear at all? It just skips back and forth across 1st and 3rd. Also, 1st gear is nowhere near low enough for a bike with small wheels. Usually the only way I can actually get up even a moderate hill is to get off and push. I dont even get the point of the higher gears on this bike. Is there a gearset with lower gears available for people who ride in places that are not completely flat? And is there a known issue with the derailuer?
@ZiZZOBikes6 ай бұрын
Thanks for your response. If you are having issues with the derailleur out of adjustment we have a video for that in Tonys Tech Tuesday Ep 2 . As far as gearing for hills goes everyone has different needs based on riding style and terrain. ZiZZO bikes come with industry standard parts and you could change them out to what meets your needs. Our 8 speed Liberte, Urbano, Forte 23, and Marino come with a 11-32 cassette and a 48 t chainring in the front that seems to suit most but again you could do modifications if you like. Hi there, Recently, I ordered Zizzo via Amazon canada. I felt the seat was not that comfortable so I bought a comfort seat via Amazon. I tried to change the saddle. For that I looked into the Zizzo video in KZbin (kzbin.info/www/bejne/nqivd5RumNasnNE). The bolt of seat post was really tight, so I dip it in warm water for about 30 minutes after which I was able to loosen the bolt. I removed the seat binder completely and connected the new comfort saddle from Amazon. It was all well. even had a ride for approx, 6 km. The next day, when I was trying to ride the bike, the saddle just fell off....The seat binder was no longer holding the saddle tight.. Now, I thought maybe going back to original seat might help. So, I changed the comfort saddle from Amazon to the original ZIzzo via saddle. However, the seat binder no longer holds the saddle tight. It keeps loosening. Could you please advise, what might have gone wrong? and how can I mitigate this problem? I also looked into seat post in Zizzo website, but not sure if it will be compatible to the zizzo via? And if it will be delivered to Canada? My friend has a Zizzo Campo and her seat binder works perfectly fine, binding the seat post to saddle tight and sturdy unlike mine. I was wondering, does the seat post of Zizzo campo works for Zizzo via and if we can order it online? Alternatively, can other company's seat post work for Zizzo via? Please advise. Thank you!

I'm having this exact issue. It's made worse by the play in the chain when tuning the bike. I have a 2023 Forte. I'll align this per the instructions provided but I throw a chain every other ride at this point. I love the bike and everything else about it but this is getting a little bit excessive. The chain being thrown about every 16 miles is a comical amount of times when I don't think I've tossed one on my hybrid Giant or my ebike once. I'd like to see the plastic part subbed out for a metal piece in the future or a guide on both sides of the chain.

I used the Liberte almost every day for work. The subway requires my bike to fold. I have only had the bike four months and the folding hinge is stuck. I can't get it open enough to see much, (It pops open a tiny bit and the issue seems to be that the bolt can't move forward) but from what I can see there is no gunk or rust or anything that should be causing this. I fold the bike after every ride and store it inside. I wipe it down regularly. Do you have a suggestion to fix the stuck hinge? I'm getting into trouble if I try to bring the bike on the train and am really disappointed that the main feature of this bike so quickly has gone defunct and for seemingly no reason.
