Thanks Tony! Nice trainer, BTW! I just unboxed mine today, and had it set up within 10 minutes - works great! The trainers are great for practicing gear shifting. I’m going to use mine in weather freezing or blazing, for building strength and endurance, working on cadence, and building up to be able to stand up on the pedals so I can conquer hills better! Thanks as always - your videos are so helpful! Happy 2023 and many blessings!

What to do about the fact that the derailuer refuses to even stick in 2nd gear at all? It just skips back and forth across 1st and 3rd. Also, 1st gear is nowhere near low enough for a bike with small wheels. Usually the only way I can actually get up even a moderate hill is to get off and push. I dont even get the point of the higher gears on this bike. Is there a gearset with lower gears available for people who ride in places that are not completely flat? And is there a known issue with the derailuer?

Thanks for your response. If you are having issues with the derailleur out of adjustment we have a video for that in Tonys Tech Tuesday Ep 2 . As far as gearing for hills goes everyone has different needs based on riding style and terrain. ZiZZO bikes come with industry standard parts and you could change them out to what meets your needs. Our 8 speed Liberte, Urbano, Forte 23, and Marino come with a 11-32 cassette and a 48 t chainring in the front that seems to suit most but again you could do modifications if you like. If you would like to speak to a technician you are always welcome to email us at support@zizzo.bike or call us at 1-866-788-2202 Mon -Fri 9am -6pm pst. Thanks!-BG
