@evahall9575 Sorry to hear that, unfortunately theirs really no other way if both screens are shot. If you have a local authorized repair shop, they can make the repair without resetting the phone, they can wait for you when done to unlock it so they can run tests make sure its good.

@@TecYimBroke I am lucky I unlock somehow on tv and now I do on laptop backup but not sure I am going back to iPhone I have fold broken screen for no reason and then flip now broken screen not even 1 year for no reason now I hate samsung son I try to backup to my laptop on MacBook but not sure where do I find everything on my MacBook I am done with samsung now I understand whey they are so cheap and apple never had any offer because of quality

Even after restarting the phone? If thats the case then im sorry but sounds like your touchscreen is not working on that display which makes it impossible to unlock the phone without either screen working.

@@TecYimBroke whats weird is i know the outside screen is working because when I do the hotkeys to restart or turn off the phone it lets mr enter my password then on that screen, but then it instantly shuts down...

i wish I didnt turn off the wifi on it, i would have been able to use my computer to log into my samsung account to log in smh

As far as im aware, they do not sell it by itself. And not sure if they will ever offer that. A option is to buy the whole unit and just sell the robot itself.

Thank you, So this was a first for me as well, having one screen sit above another, and I actually got use to it very quick and like it. I have more space to utilize on the desk , and feel like its easier to follow with my eyes and not have to turn side by side screen. The kick stand gives me the perfect viewing angle, and my favorite part is every once in while I use dual screens in my lap while laying on the couch, cant do that with traditional dual screens.

@codynickel9650 because each laptop can be limited on what refresh rate it has, that isnwhy multiple tests at different rates for each laptop is done to get an idea of what batterynlife looks like in different scenarios.

Hello, I only have the I9 processor version, and used it quite a bit through heavy loads and did not experience any random shut down issues, it does every once in while have random lags under load but eventually clears out. As far as the keyboard, they might have to adjust the input settings for key press delay. The only issue I have with the keyboad is when typing fast any word that ends in a letter e it doubles the e. I only tested gaming with Warzone online and personally would not use it as a e wgular gaming platform as the processor is not designed for that. It does handle the graphics, but you will notice slower response in gamecplay. Any less demanding games should be fine.

@dreamleaf6784 that's perfect, should be easy setup. I definitely recommend the in line filter like one in my description, if you dont have one. Additionally, in the auto dispenser I highly recommend 10 to 15% of it be distilled vinagear. This will help keep buildup from internals and the lines. I have not seen any sales yet. And unfortunately this model appears to still be only available through Roborock website only.

@zackkohler511 the specs are legit, but these aren't high-quality chips like in Galaxy devices but still do a good job for a cheap budget phone.

@MisterRM1 Correct the YogaBook would be more portable but will not have same performance so if ur just using it for basic tasks and browsing then its great, anything like video editing or photos it will definitely be slower.

@blessedbythemosthighgod4047 Sorry only one I know to work because its plug and play, theirs other ways to get display working on monitors but requires apps and settings which you would obviously not be able to access with broken screen.

It has a warranty still Samsung will fix it free only took me 5 days to get it back

Hi, the usb c hub is plugged into phone and hdmi cable goes from hub directly to my tv hdmi port, no computer involved.

But if you want connect to computer as well you plug another usb c into the hub and other end into computer.

@Savetheworldmovement Couple questions, do you have the 9i processor with 32gb ram? And do you have it plugged into charger as well while running external display?
