My Raven arrived the other day. I'm so happy with it. Looks even better than photos can show. Writes smoothly like all Benu pens. Thank you for your part in this collaboration.

Love the Talisman. It is a bit smaller than the usual sized Benu pens and my Dragons Blood has the bling more subdued.

Hi, there. Cool video. I plan to order the same Seagull Broad nib. Now I do want it to write like yours :) You mentioned it is ground at 30 deg. Can you please explain what does it mean and how does it effect writing?

I think it has an overflowing nib because from what you wrote it looks like it bleeds ink when you press on it.

The main reason in the olden days gold was seen as better was because inks were corrosive and gold is less reactive then the spring steels of the time. Nowadays it doesn't matter unless you wanna feel fancy. Cus nowadays we have good quality stainless steel

haha! 🥰 I could relate so much when asked if you've stopped counting how many pens you have... Once I crossed 100 I have not counted since 😄 Love the idea of doing Zentangles with my pens, now to find instructions on how to do them!! Always need more ideas on how to use our stash 😊

Monteverde Mandarin Orange works well in the Flame. If you want to change the nib it only comes with a section so it gets expensive changing nibs.

Recommend you try the Aero Oxyd brass. It has a nice weight to it at 79g.

I prefer the barleycorn version with gold trim. I don't like this one, it looks too industrial for my taste.
