I wish those employees good luck. BUT before my retirement, I was in the Machinists & Aeronautics Union. We were kicked in the butt & out of our jobs forever as they moved the entire company to Rinosa MX. So, good luck to them. My daughter worked in an Amazon warehouse and she told me it was TERRIBLE!

Let me get this right… I pay $139 a year for amazon prime free delivery then these union people always want more raises and benefits, then they expect a tip for deliveries?…seems like the customers/consumers are getting the screw job and the union workers and amazon getting richer. Sounds like what Canada just did,..postal workers went on strike for a month so no one gets Christmas packages. They just got off of strike two days ago and not in time to send packages to Canada,… sounds pretty planned to me. Now Congress wants to vote themselves another raise in,…$6,000!!

Lack of options. In a given area there can be a very limited amount of decent paying jobs. Where I am there's only retail and health care (assisted living facilities), and pretty much everybody that works in retail wishes they could find something better. But you'd have to move to another town, another city, pack up everything you own, and that's not an easy thing to do especially when you have a family.

I have a disabled person living with me and cannot leave the house, so I have Walmart deliver to our home. They are required to take a picture of the order that they left off whether it be outside your house or inside your house. I understand they need to have proof that the delivery went through and I make sure that my son is not included in the pictures.
