I have my first sprint triathlon in a week and I have a trisuit for it with sleeves. I'm presuming I can wear a sportsbra underneath whilst swimming? Does it dry quickly? Thanks!

Loved watching this! I have my first triathlon in 2.5 weeks (a sprint) and I'm terrified. But you make me feel like it's doable :) Literally 3 weeks ago I could barely swim 25 meters without dying and now I can swim the full 750 meters in 20 minutes so I know I can do it! Love how you make it seem so approachable and doable to newbies like me.

Hope you don’t mind me asking but what’s your height and what bike size are you? I’m having such a hard time finding a bike for my petite self 🤪. I’m 4’10” with a 26.5” inseam and although everyone told me I’m a 47cm in bike…I am not 😂 point proven, I bought a bike and for my first triathlon ever I actually fell off and got stitches cause it was too big and when I hit the brakes abruptly I just couldn’t recover. There’s absolutely no space in between on the Standover 😬. Bike stores I go to aren’t very helpful because they just look at me, shake their heads and say “you’re an XS”. Sorry…totally venting but nobody helps! It’s so frustrating.
