Today's vlog is all about my Winter Morning Routine 2022. I hope this inspires you to conquer each day with all the things that bring you joy. Below are the recipes I made in the vlog as well. Thai Chicken Crockpot Recipe:
This recipe seriously takes me 7 minutes to prep and toss in!
3-4 Chopped red potatoes
3 chopped celery stalks
1 chopped bell pepper
2 large chicken breasts
1 bottle red or yellow curry Thai sauce. (I like Trader Joe’s)
Toss everything in the crockpot including the sauce and cook on low for 8 hours. But the time your work day is over, dinner is waiting for you!
Protein Date Shake:
Half a banana
1/2 cup oat milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Dash of cinnamon (I add a lot)
1 tsp chia seeds
1 cup crushed ice
1 Date
Blend everything EXCEPT THE DATE. Once it’s blended add the date in and blend for a few seconds. You want it chunky. :)
