I may be the one in a million person to say that but I LOVE driving in the rain 🌧️ in Miami... I've been living in South Beach for 12 years and I've been through some intense weather but there's something about the rain here that makes it... Special... That said it's true that my neighborhood is never flooded so I might see things differently if it was the case...
