Beginning 2025, I think we'll start to see more market diversification. I'm hoping to invest about $300,000 from a recent home sale into the financial markets, but I'm still not sure how rates will effect the market just yet, which worries me a lot. Like how long will the bull rally last before the reset?.

ON semi seems like it has some headwinds with the incoming administration being negative about EV. It may become profitable in the next few years but I'm not sure this year will see a 14% increase. Musk appears to want to keep other EV companies in an uphill battle by saying its ok for the government to take away an incentives from buying EV when in fact he should applaud the competition.

PALANTIR MIGHT be one of the best companies EVER, but VALUATION NOW IS H I G H!! So awesome business and leaders - too high price per share right now unless you don't care short term to take losses. My biggest issue with ETFs is the lack of optimization. Significant swings in any single stock within the ETF can drag down your portfolio. That said, ETF or not, I don’t think the stock market is showing any signs of slowing down. I’m looking to invest around $60K, but I’m not fully confident in my abilities just yet.

To my understanding, QuantumScape batteries are pressurized which complicates application. Honda has announced a layered battery that looks promising. Ion Storage Systems has built a factory in Maryland that uses a glass sponge to manage thermal issues so pressure isn't needed. QS might have a workable early battery, but their technology, to my understanding, is inferior for most applications compared to the competition. Also, VW, Porsche, Skoda, Bugatti, etc., aren't really different companies; they're closely related, have varying degrees of common ownership, and they collaborate on technology and drivetrains.

Does ULA represent a potential problem for LMT?

7y ago I invested in this stock. Was about $170 and dividend of $3.50/yr. Now the share is like $380 and dividend of $9/yr (almost triple). I don’t know about you. But I am willing to buy more shares and hold for the next 10-20 years.
