The guest uses an example that is not accurate. Firstly the FBI codis requirement is, since 2016, 20 loci, not 13. But even eight, as rumored in this case, is not "one in 4,000." It is one in 40 million, or about one in 100 million military age males (over 16, under 60). The DNA on the glove box is a massive problem for any prosecution. Downplaying it as a "partial match" and not a full match ,is just misinformation as there are thousands of convictions -- and exonerations or reasonable doubt -- on below "full match" of 20 loci.

The Union will protect the officers. They will get him his pay back and with back pay. Usually it's a paid vaca so w/o pay is rare but the Union usually manages to get them back pay & more. The Police Union is one of the strongest in the country. The Union is the problem along with the Blue Code (covering/lieing for ea other) which makes them almost invincible thus the arrogance & corruption of some. There are bad apples in every job that spoil it for the good, honest & hard working officers. However, In the case of police/correction officers, their power & authority are excessive and can have far reaching damage to masses of people that most jobs do not. This will never change with police and everything else because corruption is so wide spread in all facets of our society. People don't change until they are made uncomfortable enough. We are living in a society where meaningful consequences seem to be absent in so many facets, thus rewarding bad behavior thus making bad behavior & corruption nonconsequential & rewarding.

I honestly feel that due to the lack of evidence from Procter, this whole case should be thrown in the dustbin. Just costing more money. Aunty Bev seems very biased IMO. I hear that the investigation done by the FBI is because the MP are handing out false Heavy Duty licenses. A lot of top cops are involved for years. Attorney Melanie Little did a podcast about just this, take a look. The defense has done their job proving that the prosecution had no proof. Isn't that what they were meant to do? It should be over and out

Bottom line is ladies talking too much. Karen is not guilty just like you said it went too far and they just started doing what they wanted to do to poor John and then after they found out that John was dead, they threw mount in the snow the men in blue OK he so-called boys in blue. I guess it’s a shame and the FBI knows what’s going on and all of this is gonna come out and guess what ladies you’re going to jail And I hope Karen sues the pants off of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts because she needs to and everybody else so Karen was a different. She’s a different woman. She doesn’t wanna be bothered with a bunch of coots and hanging out doing this and that that’s why John loved her the way she was and is and everybody else had a problem with It, so it’s gonna be OK no matter what anybody says Karen is going free and when she’s free, I hope she sues the pants off of everybody and the rest will be putting in jail

Not 100's of people involved! It was that small circle of friends that were involved in the cover up. They rest of the players were duped into believing that they were doing their job.

Please quit using the word conspiracy. I do not think that this was planned it was a fight that got wildly out of control and it is a COVER-UP. There is so much new information that is coming out like hearing JM calling Nicole Albert as soon as she got off the phone with 9-1-1 and saying help is on the way. According to testimony Nicole never knew OJOK was in the yard until after the police arrived. The people in that house are trying to protect either BA or BH or both from going to jail for murder. I am 100% convinced after hearing all the witnesses and seeing all the evidence that it was a fight and JOK was getting the best of whoever he was fighting and got hit in the back of the head and attacked by the dog. I believe there was blood everywhere in that basement and thats why they remodeled the basement before they sold the house. Too many phone calls and texts for it not to be a cover up to protect the guilty party/parties.
@Bespoke-USA3 күн бұрын
So… visit this idea. John got out of the car asap upon arriving. Went toward from door, but saw front gate open and thought they were in basement so he went in that way. Same time BA had just let dog out, dog attacked him, he fell backwards. Dog came back in house w/blood on mouth and paws, & BA found John dead or believed dead, Jen and Brian started texting John (J never responded) to begin the cover up. John HAD to have died very quickly b/c he never responded to their texts. ALSO, why were they both so focused on Johns arrival. Doesn’t make sense. That’s part of tue cover up IMHO

There is NO way 8 people including s snow plow driver 2x said NO BODY, but ppl believe there was.
@Bespoke-USA3 күн бұрын
I think that they asked for the police report(which Bev scoffed and said nope) because some jurors missed the connection between lying about the time car was picked up and the time pieces showed up, when there were not pieces in the AM. So had that report been provided to the jury o fully believe it would have been a hands down NG, which is why Bev said NOPE.

What about the murder case in the town near canton where alot of the cops were involved and the girls body was actually found in her canton apartment where she had hung herself but was sitting on the floor with the noose around her neck .... is this going to reflect on the canton police department as well ?!
@suzyharris48863 күн бұрын
I think they were fighting because she didn't want the two guys to be face to face about her somewhat cheating issue..... that's why she didn't want to go to that house and she didn't want him to go to that house . But when u r this drunk as they all were ..... wud they have gotten away with it if they wudda been sober and more coherent about their movements etc

I don’t think (less than 15% chance) there will be a retrial. Not nearly enough evidence against Karen. The case is based upon “hearsay” - “I did it, I did it, I did it.” But this is NOT DOCUMENTED ON ANYTHING WHATSOEVER in the entire investigation.

Why when people hear cover-up, they have this idea in their head that a cover-up NEEDS to involve every single person. All you need is key players, and it's easier to do when you have the kind of loyalty that law enforcement has with each other.
@lyndacoleman47213 күн бұрын
I hate it for John’s family because they’re not going to get real justice. It has to be terribly hard to face the fact that people who were supposed to be your son and family members /friends and coworkers would think of covering up something instead of facing what really happened.
@lyndacoleman47213 күн бұрын
Personally, I think of a DA or lawyer whoever even a judge lies in court they should be held accountable just as any other person. They should not be giving a free pass lying .
@lyndacoleman47213 күн бұрын
Personally, I think it was a bunch of drunks, just like it was at the bar punching around. When John went inside, the dog was there and all it takes is that dog to feel protective against his owners to lunge him if he was near the steps and went down it would’ve put him at a place Where he was injured or if he was already down in the basement and them play fighting, let’s call it and the dog comes up and sees it going on and intercedes he could’ve fell and hit his head and cracked it. It’s the cover-up is usually the thing it’s going to get them all. Instead of calling 911 for help, they left him to die my opinion. And then the cover-up they brought him outside to try to blame it on Karin only person that was not part of the group and was not there. They just didn’t expect her phone to connect to John’s Internet at his house at the time. Hence, the reason why all the videos in the entire community didn’t work as well as losing the one at John’s house, one site and noted it. As far as the timeline, I think it fixed it when the defense expert went and got an identical phone with an identical app to prove the time was correct to the defense. Not to mention the experts that said that car did not hit John which just sealed the rest of the evidence for me. I have never known before cops so willing to destroy their phones or have anyone allowed to destroy their phone with an investigation going on. That screams cover up to me.
@hollypgh843 күн бұрын
I've been saying the same as you. Something happened in that house whether it was planned or not, but they didn't try and help him and tossed him on the front lawn like garbage. I dont know if they planned to pin it on Karen or plow driver (Lucky) but they for sure were not taking the blame for it! Then lucky people they knew were "investigating" the death which was also lucky for the McAlberts.

And what judge ever picks out the leader to begin with and then do it before they relieve the extra jurors. She picked this person out before the wheel ever spun for the other two to be taken off and strangely enough I wouldn’t trust the person who spun the wheel anymore than I trust her And I don’t. The family has already spoken that auntie Bev is going to cover for them, and if you watch the majority of her actions unless she was forced to blatantly have to support defense she didn’t. And picking out the leader let us know right off the bat she handpicked the jury is much as she could, taking off those she knew would say not guilty and putting in those she knew would say guilty. My opinion.
