i loved this band so much, im from tampa so i saw them live a few times before getting signed and i used to see sierra at local shows

Its a shame they weren't as appreciated as i feel they should have been when they were still around. Versa (they changed the name before they disbanded, don't ask me why) has sadly been a nonexistent concern since 2015 but I've beem listening to those guys since 2010 and i feel I'm all the better for it. I do wish them to come back but i think Sierra herself is effectively done with music at this point sadly - she hasn't put out any new material in about 3 years nor do i believe she has any intention of doing so. Anyway I'm glad someone has mentioned it cos almost nobody references those guys which actually kind of annoys me and i do think of them from time to time.

I just found this omg. Im so glad people still remember and talk about versa!! I miss them sm their sound is so unique. Part of me hopes so bad they will come back but it feels unlikely at this point

VersaEmerge is my roman empire, I was so obsessed with them! I saw them at Warped Tour, some random show in my hometown, and the Vultures Unite Tour where I got my Fixed at Zero CD signed. I BOUGHT ONE OF THOSE HAIR FEATHERS! And Sierra had a shoe line at Payless and I bought those black pump wedges she was wearing in the Consequences video.

I think this is my least favorite Bleachers record. That being said, it’s still really great, but I’m more of a fan of the Gone Now/Jersey sound so maybe that’s why. The last 3 songs are skips for me, but I was never really a fan of Bleachers’ last couple songs on all of their albums anyway. There’s definitely a lot of highlights, most notably the singles, Call Me After Midnight and Self Respect. I’m definitely excited for what Jack does in the future in terms of collaborations, and based on the people helping him on this project (Florence and Claud), I have a feeling he is has worked on their future projects.

Awesome review, this is one my favorite album of all time if not my favorite, i discovered neck deep recently when they started teasing the project and all i can see is i never was so impressed in my life, i literally cannot stop to listening to dumbstruck dumbf##k!!

I can't believe I have the first comment, great video! I have the same opinion on VersaEmerge, they had all the talent. And I still loved VERSA, synths were part of their sound. I'm glad I've known them since 2013.

Good review, but maybe the beginning could have used more editing (editing out the mistakes when reading or leaving one or two in) overall was a good review, but I feel you on the Real Friends part one of their songs goes hard called "Tell me your sorry" would recommend.
