Alvin wired it for me. He ordered the XM1, installed the XLR plug then shipped it to me lol paid him extra for the service.

@@ExigentFilms I understand what the product specifications page says, but my question to you was if there was a little wiggle room for a GPU that is 201mm in length. this is just 1mm longer than the product-specified support. I was hoping that you could give me this insight given that you actually own the case.

@@ExigentFilms it's just that I was looking for exact measurements and your first reply says "7.87 Inches so close to 8 inches" This was The specification on the product page and your second one says "max you can fit in there is 8 inches" and you can't fit an 8in GPU in the case, I was looking to see if I had an extra 1mm of clearance to fit a 201mm GPU. the absolute MAX GPU you can fit in the case is 7.913 inches and it is very close for anyone who is looking for a clear answer to this question.

Such a simple peaceful life... you make it look so blissful. Really gorgeous footage. I'm quite impressed with the sensor on this camera. Do you think the Pro version is worth the extra price with the new monitor or better to save money and go with the regular F6 and just use your smartphone with the Z-cam app for monitor and control?

Thank you! The flagship F6 still performs just as good as the pro. To me, having a v-mount is a plus in the Pro. The active cooling however helps cool the sensor down so you get less noise in your image. The Pros external monitor is also a huge plus to me since you don't need to power it with another battery. Also the pre-amps on the F6 pro is also a huge plus since it's upgraded, great for capturing interviews and better sound.

@@ExigentFilms The monitor on the Pro does look awesome, but the one thing that I don't love about it is that it can only be fixed to the top of the camera. You can't attach it to other parts of the rig. When I'm shooting with my Red Komodo, sometimes I mount it onto a shoulder rig and I have the monitor attached to some rails so it is on the side of the camera instead of on top, almost like I'm using it like the EVF on a Sony or Canon cinema camera for example. Not having that mounting flexibility with the Pro is somewhat concerning for me.

@@DynamicPhil84 You don't have to use it, you can also use your own monitor. It is not limiting. You can use HDMI or SDI on the F6 Pro for your monitor.
