For anyone looking to improve their back workout, the reverse grip lat pulldown is a game changer. It really hits different.

I love how the reverse grip changes the emphasis on the back muscles. Definitely something I'll incorporate more often.

This is a solid exercise for targeting the lats. Adding it to my routine for sure.

No that’s a very common misconception🙏 They’re completely safe to use and we get creatine from things such as meat etc anyway

Wow.. certain parts of my glutes are weak. This challenged some underused stabilizer muscles. This move seemed interesting to me (especially as someone who fairly recently discovered "primal movement exercises" and enjoys them. So.. the "frog" part of the name got me to stop scrolling, lol). I enjoy full body symmetrical movements. They seem to do the most for the body in the least amount of time 👍 So I gave it a couple sets; Considering this has revealed a weak spot, I will try incorporating into future workouts. I appreciated the detailed instructions for setting myself up into the proper position. My back really wanted to arch as I braced on the way down, so that part of it seemed vital for me to concentrate on to get the most out of the exercise. Good intruction, solid video for learning this new-to-me exercise. 🙂
