For anyone looking to improve their back workout, the reverse grip lat pulldown is a game changer. It really hits different.

I love how the reverse grip changes the emphasis on the back muscles. Definitely something I'll incorporate more often.

This is a solid exercise for targeting the lats. Adding it to my routine for sure.

Great technique on the reverse grip lat pulldown. I've been trying to focus more on my back workouts lately.

No that’s a very common misconception🙏 They’re completely safe to use and we get creatine from things such as meat etc anyway

Wow.. certain parts of my glutes are weak. This challenged some underused stabilizer muscles. This move seemed interesting to me (especially as someone who fairly recently discovered "primal movement exercises" and enjoys them. So.. the "frog" part of the name got me to stop scrolling, lol). I enjoy full body symmetrical movements. They seem to do the most for the body in the least amount of time 👍 So I gave it a couple sets; Considering this has revealed a weak spot, I will try incorporating into future workouts. I appreciated the detailed instructions for setting myself up into the proper position. My back really wanted to arch as I braced on the way down, so that part of it seemed vital for me to concentrate on to get the most out of the exercise. Good intruction, solid video for learning this new-to-me exercise. 🙂

🌟Weight loss isn’t about quick fixes - it’s about creating sustainable habits. Here’s the key:⁣ * Eat more whole foods: Focus on fruits, veggies, lean proteins and whole grains🥗 * Control portion sizes: Be mindful of serving sizes to avoid overeating😤 * Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day, especially before meals. A lot of the type we think we’re hungry we may just be dehydrated💧 * Exercise regularly: Aim for both strength training and cardio to boost fat loss🏋️‍♀️ * Get enough sleep: Sleep is essential for rest and recovery🛌 * Avoid liquid calories: Watch out for sugary drinks and alcohol that can add up quickly👀 * Eat more protein: Protein helps you feel fuller for longer and supports muscle growth🥩 * Be consistent: Small, sustainable changes lead to long-term success🏆 Sticking to these tips can help you build healthy habits for weight loss🩶 #WeightLossJourney #FatLoss #HealthyWeightLoss#WeightLossMotivation #LoseWeightNaturally #TransformationJourney #HealthyLifestyle #WeightLossGoals #SustainableWeightLoss #GetFit #personaltrainer
