Hi Andrew, hope you are well. Thank you for your usefull explanation. I understand that my CPL IR ME will be just a foreign based FAA PPL. But will I have all of my types ratings on my FAA PPL licence? And are you able to organize the flight review in South Africa? Thank you for your answers, will wait

@@About_Aviation for sure. Better for me to come to Florida). Look Andrew, one small additional question. In South Africa, if you fly Skyleader 150 (you know, 650 kg TO weight, czech, ultralight) you can count for your next license only 30 hours, even if you had flown 300 or 3000 hours in this plane. Do you have such regulation in FAA? Are there any restrictions for logging flighthours on planes like Skyleader?

Love your work on this Andrey. I got lucky enough to be sent to Beechcraft pilot training for a private owner/operator to fly his bonanza and this video was a deal-maker for me getting that gig. Over 500 hours in bonanzas now and I always think back to this video and how it inspired me. Excellent work.

I just subscribed because I was initially looking at the 400LS but so many people said spare parts will be an issue so I then looked at the I and II - but I didn't like the SAS (reminds me too much of the MAX8 MCAS "problems" - so i started looking at the IIIA, which led me to you. I see from the video you said the customer is in Italy - but one year later, it's listed on Controller. What happened with the sale?
@About_Aviation27 күн бұрын
Nothing happened, airplane is for sale by current owner because he has 2 other planes, I just bought for him Cessna Citation and we put IIIA and 400LS for sale. N690E will be available in the US end of November, I will ferry her over Atlantic ocean soon and I hope N448CA (400LS) will be available in December.

Are you planning a review of the Mooney M20? Once in one video you said that you definitely wouldn't buy a Mooney, why? In terms of speed/range/fuel consumption/price (for used) it is the best offer on the market.
@About_Aviation3 ай бұрын
I flew Mooney 20 a few times and I wasn't impressed at all. Small cockpit, very tight inside, uncomfortable seating. Speed? I can get almost the same from SR22 or TTX or Piper Aerostar. Even if SR22 slower on 20 kts, it has more pros - like wide and high cabin, BRS system, comfortable seats and 750NM range, What else do you need?
@denyskoval21163 ай бұрын
@@About_Aviation Price. According controller TTX from 600k$, SR22 220k$, Mooney - 60k$ (ok, normal will be 120-200) but it is more cheaper then others. Piper with 2 engines, very expensive for maintenance.
