I bought the original Chess CD in the 1980s. I simply cannot imagine being able to sing, to have that grace, and to have that POWER, in voice.

Vår vackra Helen Sjöholm sjunger Edith Piafs kärlekssång till sin älskade Marcel Cirdan när han tragiskt omkom i en flygolycka. E.P hämtade sig aldrig från förlusten av sitt livs stora kärlek. Så är det väl. Vi sörjer alltid den och det vi älkar först och kanske mest. ❤❤😢😢

No one does it better. I remember visiting my friend in Copenhagen, coming from Iceland, christmas 1986 and buying this record there. I was 19 then and I still love it today at almost 56 (in few weeks).

You can hear his heart ❤ in every note when he sings this song in his native Swedish. It takes my breath away and I think of my Swedish father who would have loved to hear him

Greetings from New England USA. I have listened to many covers. Yesterday, while listening to Sissel Kerjabo, i came across a duet where this gentleman sang with her, which led to this, and then the instudio . I believe the two men who composed the composition had him in mind. This is his song .The man is the song.
