As someone who has played a decent amount of Namor (around 3 hours) hes very boom or bust. If you can be creative with his turrets and consistently hit headshots, he can be utterly disgusting on defense. However, if you just decide to use them as old torb turrets or engineer turrets, its terrible. B is extremely fair to put him, but would shift him to high B if not the very bottom of A as his highs massively outway his lows as even if you cant get the turrets in a good spot and are on offense, he still has crazy potential with his tank shredding capabilities and is reliably safe. Though if you are grading strictly as a character you are picking for the first time as how i would structure a tierlist like this, he could even shift to the top of C. All in all, where you put him is perfectly reasonable and would recommend trying him out as he is pretty fun to play as.

For the streamer thing, they should have more streamers do this

As a jeff main, this is a pretty solid take, what makes him a pick for me above other supports is that like Luna Snow his healing has some of the most controll while also having high damage output. Has consistent and burst healing, one of which is an alt fire so no need to wait on cooldowns like with adam warlock. And then his survivability and mobility almost makes up for being every iron fist main's punching bag. But in terms of doing exclusively what supports do best, jeff might be at the very bottom of the list, the rest of his kit partially makes up for it but not in the way it should as a support hero
