Hello! You can most definitely adjust scent intensity on the Air Esscentials 2.0 app! After tapping on your device on the app, select "Program" to select the days and hours you would like for your diffuser to work on. You can create up to five different programs for the AE1500. To adjust settings, tap the first program. From there, you will be able to adjust the "Start Time" and "End Time" or hours of operation of the diffuser. You can also edit the "Work Time" and "Pause Time". The "Work Time" is the number of seconds your diffuser will diffuse scent. @AirEsscentials I found using my Android Samsung phone that I have to allow each permission individually.I told the representative that and we both learned something new that day.

You do not need to use the tube or put it through the vent; however, please make sure to add the nozzle to your AE3500. Hello! The clear tube used to be utilized to connect the AE1100 to the HVAC. However, since we've carried this unit, we've introduced other scent systems which work better with the HVAC system, including the AE3500 and AE2501.

Hello! Sorry for the delay. To change the scent frequency of the AE450, please select the “Custom” section to program your own “Start Working Time” and “Stop Working Time”. The “Start Working Time” is the amount of time in seconds in which the unit will release the scent, while the “Stop Working Time” is the amount of time in seconds in which your unit will pause and not scent. The “Stop Working Time” can go up to 300 seconds or 5 minutes. You can see how this section looks when viewing the Programming segment of our video, which starts at 1:10.

Hi Felix! You can definitely set up your AE3500 to diffuse from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. This can be done by setting up two different programs on the diffuser. For Program 1, you can schedule 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. on Monday, which will program the entire week. For Program 2, you can then schedule 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Monday to program the rest of the week. If you are using the Air Esscentials 2.0 mobile app, you would have to schedule these two times for every single day of the week. We hope this helps!

Hello! You can reset the password of your AE1000 by resetting the machine to factory settings. This is done by pressing and holding the "Back" button and right arrow (>) at the same time. The screen will then say "Reset". Select "Yes" and then the machine will reset to factory settings as well as to the factory password, which is '8888'.

Hello! Yes, you can wire the AE3500 to a 24V system. The plastic tube can also be used inside the ac/heater duct. Additionally, one 700mL bottle of fragrance lasts 3-4 months depending on programmed settings.

Hi Wayne, unfortunately the AE1000 is not designed to work with an HVAC system. We do have some customers who connect this scent diffuser to their HVAC system with the hose, but we do not recommend this. This unit was built to work as a stand-alone diffuser.

Hi Jennifer! Before switching aroma oil bottles in your scent system, please clean the diffuser straw from any residue by doing the following: 1. Placing a paper towel under the diffuser straw. Do not screw in any fragrance bottles while doing this - just leave the white bottom cap placed on the machine with the paper towel inside. Make sure to diffuse for 10 minutes. This will evaporate the oil residue within the diffuser straw and scent system - eliminating used oil fragrance. 2. Once finished, you can screw in your other fragrance bottle or switch your fragrance!

Hi Kristina, if you'd like to diffuse fragrance in a particular space or have it be more noticeable in areas such as your living or dining room, we recommend selecting the duct that supplies air conditioning to that space. The closer the diffuser is located to those ducts or registers, the more noticeable the scent will be. We hope this helps!

Hi Bermarys, please try resetting your AE450 by pressing or holding the reset button with a paper clip. The reset button is located in the front of your device. This can be seen at 4:40. This fellow businessman probably has a unit that has Bluetooth capability which allows him to program scent settings for the device with an app using his phone. Unfortunately, the AE3500 mentioned here does not have that feature. By any chance did you purchase your machine (AE3500) from us?
