I was on 1 x 200mg slow release tablets, twice a day, so max prescribed dose for about 10 years. I wanted to get off so tapered down very slowly over a period of about 6 to 8 months. I did it using liquid tramadol, I worked out that one drop was equivalent to about 2mg and so was able to very slowly taper off by counting the drops and reducing my dose by about 2 mg every two or three days. I did not suffer any withdrawal using this method and have now been clean for several years.

This is NOT the same thing as alcohol!! Telling people this crap is dangerous. I had a Dr pull me off xanax because i like to drink beer. I had to go find another dr in order to re stabilize and resume the med from the withdrawals. If alcohol did the exact same thing, then i could throw the bottle of pills in the trash and sip PBR and eliminate the withdrawals. Newsflash! Alcohol is NOT a benzo! The only thing you said I halfway agree with is not to get on the stuff and a person should try to get off but by weaning. You can't cut this drug cold. I feel sorry for anyone that sees you that's been on it for years and you send em home to drink beer for the deadly withdrawals!

For my allergy related cough where it feels like something in the center if my chest, Normal Saline nose spray. This has been a life changer. Along with Zyrtec or Xyzal simple nasal spray stops my cough. Not so much with covid but covid breaks through everything.

Hi you mentioned phenylephrine which has also been studied and shown not to work at all. Hopefully you can do a video on the recent studies. The only people that are finding good results with these are the pharmaceutical companies that keep selling medications and making millions of dollars

I don't understand why the pamphlet PDR at the Pharmacy told me to take Tramadol 50mg 2 tablets every 6 hours. This is so contrary to what my doctor said to take. He clearly stated: only 2 tablets per day. That is all. 30 days supply. Thanks Doctor!!

I used the Adipex over almost 1 year. I basically used it to establish a consistent intermittent fast where I don’t eat until 2 pm daily. I took it 5 days a week and didn’t take it the other 2 mostly due to some insomnia side effects. I lost 35 pounds and so far have kept it off.

I have read there are other off market uses for it. Think about where your body makes diff types of mucus, like joints, intestants and a few organs. However too much of a good thing can be dangerous. Thats why products provide time limits between doses to prevent bad reactions. Also if you are using this, and you need to take asprin, only use coated (enteric) aspirin, or take with a meal, this is to avoid developing tiny ulcers in your small intestines.

What he’s saying is the active ingredient in Mucinex is Guifinacine. You can buy the active ingredient for less than buying mucinex which makes sense. Why pay 20 dollars for Mucinex when you can buy a generic brand of Guifinacine for like 10 dollars or less.. Makes sense to me. I wish I would’ve watch this video before buying a 25 dollar box of Mucinex lol..
