Instead, get a personal line of credit from a local credit union. Take that loan money and pay for the car in cash. Now you own it with the title. With this method your monthly payment amount (minimum pmt) is reduced over time because the principal is being reduced every successive month. It works for me but I’m not a financial professional so what do I know. Stop letting the banks and car dealers screw you and you net worth.
