If you replaced half of this shit with more animal proteins/meat/real food you wouldn’t need to eat 10 times a day.

Just use low fat milk. The extra 100kcals will also add around 6g of protein aswell, let alone a way better flavour.

Definitely a good addition. I normally keep that for training days 💪🏻 definitely does help with flavour for sure!

Bg music is too high lower that in the next video and your voice is low so keep it on higher side next time
