I hate Columbus, who in the hell thought driving 70 miles an hour was ever going to be safe, then they can't figure out why there's so many accidents, , and half the people that's not from there and has no idea how to get can't even get across the lanes they need in , if you turn your blinker on to get over people won't slow down and let you do it. But then again if they slow down the next person in the next lane won't or they get road rage . If everyone is In such a big hurry to get somewhere leave earlier . They could offer me free housing and utilities and I'd never take it , and yes Columbus is considered a sanctuary city, so is Dayton , Cleveland. And of course they are LIBRAL ran . But I am glad that the leadership has let ICE know that you are harboring illegals. Now they know. And I have no problem with immigrants as long as they are legal but it is the illegals that give the legal immigrants a bad way to go. It's not fair to them. And I would like to know just how many illegals you have living in your homes.

We moved from Miami to Cincinnati (after 30 years in SFL0 and absolutely love it up here. Insurance went from $9000/year to $800/year, for a house twice the size on 3/4 acre, versus a 3 bedroom townhome. We love the 4 seasons and Mason public schools rock! Winter is relatively tame, in Cincy you rarely even need to shovel (bought a $90 electric one that does the whole driveway in 10-15 minutes).

I was considering moving to Columbus Ohio back in 1998. I was in the process of obtaining a career in firefighting. Fast forward to 2025 now and I’m living in Tampa. If I had to choose between Tampa or Columbus it will have to be Tampa. Housing may be cheaper but you can’t pay me enough to deal with cold weather that lasts over 6 months. Summer is my absolute favorite season when I was living in Ohio and I was always wishing it lasted longer. Since I moved to Tampa, my “summers” are longer. Great video though. Ohio will always be “home” due to my 39 years of living there. Today in my former hometown it is 21° while it’s 56° with a high of 67° today. I’m pretty sure most Ohioan folk are envious right now.

Can’t fully agree with your video. Came from NYC, and I shocked to see the so much options for dining and shopping here in Columbus. You may can see traffic growth in the area, but it still an ease compare to NYC if someone coming from there. If you spent some time in NYC, then you understand how funny it sounds to hear when people call it a traffic, in NY the same amount of traffic it’s just called a slowdown😂

Columbus has gone downhill since the 1980s like most big cities, you would be much better moving out to somewhere like Knox county into Mount Vernon or Centerburg. Much nicer sense of community up there.

I have made several trips to both Cleveland and Columbus. Cleveland traffic swerves around curves, has lower speed limits. Columbus - God help you if you are not in the correct lane 5 miles before you get to the split. It seems much worse to us. I made a comment about it when checking in my hotel, and the person at the desk agreed with me.

Columbus is too big for its own good. Cleveland and its suburbs are a better place to live.

True is road construction takes much longer than in other places- I noticed that is a favorite Road Contractor (Total General Construction LLC) that’s moving like a turtle. Starting work at 9 and ends up at 3, very few workers acting and few equipment in use - I’d be fired in my business if I’d slack like that.

Road Constructions are still in works for traffic issues. It’ll making people go anxiously and furious. I’m country guy and went in then felt increase anxiety because of crimes, traffics, and etc bads.
