The first time I was stoned, but like, overstoned, so it wasn’t fun anymore. I saw these things: I didn’t know who the person was in front of me. I didn’t think, but a lot was going through my head at the same time. I looked at my shoes, and I was thinking they had a face and were a person. I saw random things, like a blue with white and red mixed DNA icon in my sight. It was like I had Ultra HD color on (my hands were yellow). I didn’t want to talk. I kept saying, “Please don’t let me do this again,” but I did it the same day again. The first few seconds, it felt like I couldn’t see anything. Also, the first few seconds, my friends were calling out my name. I heard them, but it was like I couldn’t hear them. I was looking at the ground the first few seconds. I felt very tired in my eyes. I couldn’t feel my legs. Five minutes felt like 40. I could hear myself speaking, similar to when you put your hands on your ears and talk very loudly. I didn’t know who I was. If I thought of something, I said something like, “Ow yeah, yeah, yeah, the thing, oh yeah, yeah, uh-huh, yeah. Yeah I... Yeah,” or just said it in my head. I didn’t know anything someone said. I would need sugar, and normally it is in the fridge. I didn’t know where the fridge was. I was thinking I was in a simulation or VR. I didn’t know anything. I wasn’t thinking of anything. If you think of something, then you will see it like 500 times, very fast or slow at the same time, coming towards and moving away from you. Even when I closed my eyes, you literally see what you are thinking of. I didn’t know what I was talking about. Some parts after being stoned, you will just not remember. If you do it a lot like me and suddenly don’t do it anymore, you have aftereffects for a very long time. It has been 5 weeks with me, and I still sometimes feel like I’m stoned.

Watching this makes me sure I really have ADHD. I always experience these things, but over time I've just gotten used to them and consider them normal. However, school becomes extra hard since it's really difficult to focus. That's why, on exam days, I listen to really loud music and study intensely just to remember things (though I end up forgetting them the next day, so I have to study on the day of the exam). Despite this, I do really well in school-better than I expect. I'm even one of the top students. So, having ADHD is just like carrying extra weight, but that doesn't mean you can't keep moving.
