What is the amazing piece that Thijs plays before going into Hocus Pocus? Is he improvising with the vocoder effect?
@PaulReusАй бұрын
I think it is via a midi converter with a sequencer. When he sings you hear a choir. Once I saw a guitarplayer playing and heard a chamber orchestra with violins al over the place. I saw that he used a mix of midi stuff.

Heard Fjord Focus on 6/9/24 on WMSE 91.7 Milwaukee radio. This song knocked me out! Can't wait for the album which I ordered from my local record shop! Seeing them on 7/31 with Asia etc.

Have followed them since the Live at the Rainbow gig.....How come they just get better and better! Most other bands from the 70s slow down and produce below par music. Focus and Camel are the exceptions.

Sorry, this is a poor anniversary edition. The remastering of the regular cd is no better sound than the collectors edition. The Bonus tracks from cd2 are not interessting to me. And the concert is more a better bootleg sound. Sorry no good job boys.

This is a welcome reissue as Talk is one of the best records Yes ever made, the culmination of a brilliant trilogy of albums by Rabin, Kaye, White and, of course, Anderson and Squire.
