You're not working back pressure standing side ways... get sq uare/ straight on with the table and pull towards the same shoulder of the hand youre using. straight "BACK" and use a different handle for that.

Yeah am just getting into arm wrestling. Long time fan. I was at my local gym the other a guy a knew told me they started a invite only club to train and asked if would be interested in going and was like heck yeah. Long story short didn’t get the invite. It’s ok. They have just lit a fire under a old powerlifting ass. Don’t know what am doing really besides watching videos and training like them. Never worked so much bicep forearm and grip in my life so now it’s time for a table. Yours will fit what I call my prison gym perfect that I made during covid.

If you cannot get a mold, buy a cheapie soccer/football, it has to be reasonably firm, cut out a hole around the valve about 4-5 cms in diameter, mix up your concrete, and feed into the ball with a large spoon, slightly over fill at the opening. I usually wait a week or two before cutting the ball with a knife, I always spray with water daily for one month to let make sure the concrete is cured completely...

My first question was just like everyone else, where did you find the mold, second is what is the weight of your finished stone/ball and have you figured out if you can make it hallow to lessen the weight? I was wondering if a smaller inflated ball could be placed inside the mold after it was filled with cement in the bottom displacing the cement then continue filling to the top with cement? Do you think it would require any reinforcement or would it be fine without it? You did a wonderful job and I really appreciate you sharing this idea!! Thank You!
