i just want to say that to me you did the best power rack out there, i just copied a lot from your design, just bought the wood and pulleys, will send you some pictures when i am done building it, but you definetly helped me out, just the best way to implement a power rack and a stable cable system for cheap in my opinion, thank you my friend

Wow, I really like the smooth cable action. And the rigid but still simple design. As Rob and Bas already noted in the previous comments, its perhaps less a typical power rack, because its not designed to do squats and heavy lifts inside of it and to secure such reps. But its a very cool rack sui generis. p.s.: Although, you might perhaps attach some kind of "spotter arms" to the front later on.

Amazing DIY me and my dad just went to Home Depot today and got all the supplies we had to go with 4x4 instead of 4x6 since it was way to expensive for my budget but all in all it was around 110 which wasn't bad at all compared to if i bought a rack alone for 130 if u don't mind how much did the build cost you?
@KaseysHomeGym
@KaseysHomeGym 4 жыл бұрын
Thank you. I actually had most of the supplies around my house such as the 4x6 and the weight set so the project cost me under $50. I’m glad to help you out and hope you can make great gains.
