please can you share documentation on how to conduct level 3 calibration and if there are any tools that can help to automate this process in terms of comparing the inputs and generating a report based on the same.

This is a good tool to target and monitor an individual's or a new group's AHT from day1 to proficiency but are there any tools to assess the impact of a new group on a department AHT ? For example the department may have a trending AHT of 900 seconds but if a new group of say, 12's AHT is 50% on top of that at 1350, what would the overall impact be on the department, for capacity planning purposes ?
