We have a neighbor in a culdasac where their dogs literally runs around their house from around 11 am until 4 barking. So, during the day, I allow our dogs to bark at them and do not stop them.

Cameras, who cares. Water, take advantage of it, that stuff is expensive. Lights, well you can buy curtains. This is nothing. I had a neighbor block my drive constantly, tresspass, smash my fence, blast snow at my house, vandalize stuff. I moved when i started a family.

The dog is barking because his owner left for work, he misses him. The dog is old and attached. This is not a trainable thing. It's sepparation enxiety. If i was in her place i would offer to baby sit the dog. Infect me and another neighbor are doing it for a third. Everybody benefits instead of acting childish. And to the comments saying the dog is abused... you know nothing! The dog is barking while the owner is away at work. What do you do with you pet when you cant take it with you to where you are going?!

As somebody who has cameras overlooking my whole property, I made sure that NONE of them overlooked my property and has a view of my neighbors. Any ones that do are in a spot where everything is visible from the street and I have shown the neighbors the view and they dont mind. What your neighbors are doing is ILLEGAL especially if you can prove that they are facing a bedroom window that cannot be seen by regular public. Document everything contact a lawyer to see what they think then get police reports and take them to court. Its a F'd up thing to do but you have the right to your own privacy and peaceful living. Jealousy is an absolutely horrible emotion to have eating away at your soul. What a sad/hateful woman even after the council everything is above board she then call the police on the dog. Mad woman. Train your dog not to eat from anyone but you and your family just in case she throws treats or food scraps over the fence to poison your dog. Enjoy your pool. My wife and I are absolutely blessed when it comes to our neighbours. We’ve been here for 27 years and I swear to God that we couldn’t pick them out of a police lineup. The people on our left could move out, and have other people move in and we still wouldn’t notice.
