Hi Guys, The biggest feature of this project is that it is a Green Building. The builder got the platinum certification from IGBC Green Homes. There are only 5 projects in Bangalore that have such a rating. What this means for you is saving in water cost as well as power cost year after year. The benefits are long term rather than short term. They use Windmills & Solar panels to generate electricity. They also reuses treated sewage water for flushing & gardening. Asset Aura also has an extensive rooftop garden with organic farming which will yield organic fruits and vegetables for the community. I Will be visiting Bangalore(Asset Aura) for 2 second sit visit. :-)
