Ancient Ju Jitsu was effectively meant to beat a stronger opponent than you, but not Judo... In the beginning of Judo, it was just a Ju Jitsu school among others, with atemis and so on, looking like the karate of Funakoshi... But as the time goes by, Judo became a sport, with weight categories... Do you think a 55 kg judoka could beat Teddy Riner ? Good luck to him !

This has been debunked. Gene Lebell has been proven to be lying about this. Bruce never trained with Gene either. The fireman carry never happened.

So he copied some Japanese Ju Jistu moves and called it Judo. Kinda like what the Gracies did but they get hated on for it.

The lack of humbleness to even insist on the idea that you’re more important than everyone else in that line is beyond me, like yea are there gluttons in there going for their 19th burger today? Yea probably, but there may be a nurse that just worked 16 hours and all she wants is a fuckin McDouble and fries to go home and relax for 4 hours before they have to be up again to work long hours, i dgaf what you do or how important you are, Jeff Bezos could walk in and I’d tell that mother fucker to wait 5 god damn minutes, what an asshole this dude is

It DOES have to be earned cuz it takes YEARS of trauma (depending on genetics & how ur body scars) to form, not just a couple injuries. That’s why dudes who legit have it should 100% be feared!!

The majority of what made Rickson so invincible you didnt even mention. Yes, he had the best technique and understanding. Yes, he had physical tools beyond what his family members did. But that alone doesn't make a fighter like Rickson. What DID make him though was his mind and his spiritual connection. He was the perfect combination of a Samurai and a Buddha. Combined with his other attributes, that was what really set him apart.
