If I'm using heavier line and lures it's definitely louder, and here sounds quite loud because it's in the middle of nowhere so basically you just hear birds, insects and the DC 😅😁

How you finding the 4-18g handing m1? Ive got it on order but gotta wait over a month for delivery from ali. It was reccomended by another youtuber for a power bfs for those heavier weights on the river but i did get told yesterday by a guy its hard to feel bites and feels too stiff? As for the perch its been tough since winter, all the fish dissapeared, summer comes and theres only a few tiny wasps in the canals and the rivers are tough to find perch, ive done like 6 river sessions this year around 6 hours a time and probably had 5 perch, but 3 of those were 38-41cm+
@zombiebitefishing7 күн бұрын
Honestly I love it! It's fast action, so it's definitely stiff, but can handle some decent jacks really well! The blank is super sensitive. I have videos where I used micro lures to catch wasps with it and you'll definitely feel the bites trust me! Amazing for texas rigs too, you feel the bottom so well, and lots of power to set the hook. But again it's personal preference, I love fast action rods, and this one excels because of how sensitive it is in my opinion, but I'm curious to know what you think of it when you get it 😁 Yeah, I see a lot of people struggling to be honest 😬 that's not bad man, I wish I caught any that size 😅

Well done buddy. Years ago the lures were much more basic than the ones today but they still caught loads of Pike. I honestly think if the Pike is in the mood and you twitch it nicely then they'll take it, expensive lures don't impress the fish. ATB MMMD
@zombiebitefishing12 күн бұрын
Thanks a lot mate! 💯 I bumped into a few people that's been fishing for pike for many years, and they said it used to be just spoons and spinners! @@zombiebitefishing I used a lot of crankbaits in the 90s and they were cheaper and fancier than some of todays but just as effective. I must admit I do like the soft plastics. I just don't think you need the premium expensive brands to get results. ATB MMMD

That lipless looks like a good bait . I like them in colder water ( spring and fall ) cast it and yo-yo it off the bottom . Ripping it up out of weeds or grass is also very effective ( at least for bass , pickerel and perch ) . The only downside side of cheap baits is the hooks and split rings . Swap them out and you’re good to go usually
