If I could get a YSL kislux bag for 500 euros I would buy one, but for 2000 euros I really don't think it's worth it. I think a lot of consumers are like this, which means that brands that choose to jack up prices to astronomical amounts lose a lot. These are better Boots than the China Justin Roper and seem to be built a bit stronger. Old West and Jama are good quality Boots that should last with proper care.

I saw this video a month too late. I bought my first pair of Twisted X work boots last month, one week in and the leather is peeling on top.. definitely not impressed for a work boot. We’ll see how long I get out of them.

I have about 8 pairs of tecovas and I totally agree with most of what you said. D fits me most the time. Wide square toe was a miss and so was going with a dark color instead of a lighter color. What’s really disappointing is they made a super good work boot with safety toes now but mine ripped out in the shaft and I didn’t go down half a size. Just wool socks, I’m having them replaced now.

Is it just me or did anyone else found the shaft of these boots to be super stiff? I have a pair and I have been wearing them for about two months and I thought that the shaft would softnen up a little bit but it hasn't. If anyone knows a way to make the shaft a little bit softer let me know.

I own 5 pairs of Tecovas. All purchased before the prices increased. I miss the days when they were a DTC brand and only known to a handful of people on social media. The company has grown so quickly and the quality isn’t consistent anymore. I’ll be doing research on other brands because Tecovas seems to have forgotten what they used to be… good quality boots at affordable prices.
