Hey there! Mixing all the ingredients in one spot saves time for me. It also ensures even distribution of flavors, and allows better control over seasoning. However, everyone has their own preferences and I appreciate your feedback!

Wow, a person can't win. When there is a video showing food prep with bare hands, someone always mentions, "Oh gross, they should be wearing gloves! Unsafe, blah blah blah!" When the video shows someone wearing gloves , they still complain..wtf?? Just watch the video and learn, then do your own thing your way, and stfu, how about? I heard that people who complain a lot are gonna live a long time...some of y'all gonna be immortal! Lol

Why are you saying that? 😐 Nitrile gloves are perfectly fine for handling food. My mom wears them because she suffers from RA and finds them much more comfortable.
