2 Potatoes, sliced
50g Cheese, grated
2 Eggs
A pinch of Salt
½ tsp Black Pepper
A bunch of Parsley, chopped
Broccoli, cut into florets
2 Garlic cloves, crushed
30g Butter (20g for frying potatoes, 10g for sautéing broccoli)
