This was probably the only time Joe Morello used a Marine Pearl Ludwig drum kit. Silver Sparkle was his preferred finish. And another rarity; two floor toms. Morello normally used only one.

I play this when they try to tell me blacks created beebop because White people couldn't play and "steal" it. At the Woodchopper's Ball was written in 1939 by Joe Bishop and Woody Herman. That sax solo at 1:00 is so in the pocket.
