oh i loved the pauses bc they made me realize its ok if im running out of air when inhaling or exhaling, because i have the ability to hold my breath, makes stuff like this much more calm bc i feel like i breathe too fast for these lol

The only Exercise was a bit challenging was the one Clapping together the two feet and bend forward... wow was little painful but putting some regular practice together surly will help tanks for sharing 😊💕😌

I have been participating in yoga practice through your videos for a little over a year at this point. I have particularly enjoyed doing your challenges, especially the longer ones. First I did it in preparation for my knee replacement therapy. Now I am just starting to come back to yoga after the surgery. I deeply appreciate the various modifications that you make and your encouragement to look for modifications, especially as I get used to the new sensations and abilities of my new knee. I cannot tell you how pleased I was to come back to your channel and find a new seven day challenge, especially one that is intentionally gentle. It is really allowing me to get back into the movements safely!

thank you so much for this video. your instructions were very clear and i’m the type to always mess up since i have a processing disorder. but with your instructions it took me literally a few seconds to adjust myself when it used to take me a long time, everyone would have moved on to the next thing and i’d be still struggling to understand what the instructor is actually saying. i been to yoga classes, i did exercises at home that my doctor recommended but my lower back pain was still persistent and constantly there no matter what i tried, some days are better than others but it was really crippling me and when i tell you i feel NOTHING right now?! i am absolutely floored!!! i’m not a religious person but this was truly a miracle! i thank you from the bottom of my heart.
