thank you so, so much for this video. i’m only 24 but i have been dealing with flare-ups of severe back pain for over half of my life. movement helps, but so many yoga videos intended to help with back pain involve deep stretching that only makes my inflammation worse. this practice was just the right amount of challenge/stretch without causing any pain or discomfort. i’ll definitely come back to this again in the future.

Zelinda - I injured my foot and ankle at the beginning of the year pretty severely. It put me in a serious depressive funk as I had been working so hard to regain mobility. I’m just now starting to bear weight again. This is the longest yoga class I’ve done in a while. It left me feeling both relaxed and energized. I’m finding ease and comfort in my body again, and I’m so excited to do it with your videos. Sending love from California. ❤

Hi Zelinda. I love your videos! I do have a question...on the butterfly move should we just let our legs 'fall' out to the side or 'push' (not with hands) them down toward the ground? Thank you

Hello Della 🙂Try to move in a way that is somewhere in between fall and push. Try to move them slowly with control.
