This is a very bad product from Oraimo, the right ear after some use because less audible than the left. The right volume is still low even when I reset it.

What do I do? My case doesn't charge normal again. It use to charge for longer hours then can use it for some days because I can recharge. But I noticed that if you put it on charge of late about 5-6 mins time it will go off. It doesn't sustain power at the original power it's supposed to hold. What do I do?
