I have one like this installed in my home. However, there's a current leak in my home when the inverter is put on. This doesn't happen with Normal electricity of Generator. What could be the cause?

You need batteries as backup, sir. That's where you need he power to be stored. You can either use it with NEPA only or Solar Panels. Not without Batteries. I hope I answered your question, sir.

I heard this only has 4Hrs back up time. Very depressive

It depends on your appliances plus your batteries. Mine lasted me 6 hours on medium testing. On a few bulbs, TV, gotv decoder, and fan testing, it lasted 9 hours (with solar boosting it for another 8 hrs on a cloudy day), and then, NEPA restored the light Imo, it is worth the price.
