Today is November 24, 2024. Once upon a time there's a content creator about history called Nipa Tales, but they vanished all of a sudden? I’m hoping for your return and for new content about our roots and history. Hoping you’re doing fine and well.

kzbin.info/www/bejne/j3jRn4iciZunsKcsi=fikOQdj7um0UGk8_ SANSKRITSANSKRIT KRITSANSKRIT = KRITSANS=CHRISTIANS 🇵🇭here • THE MAGIC WORD (THE UNITED VERSE) Why in The Philippines? American Historical Association. When Did Philippine History Begin? The written record of the Philippine Islands starts with the coming of the Spaniards. Not that the country had not had a history and a culture and a literature before! But the Spaniards, in their religious zeal, destroyed the earlier records as completely as possible. Therefore much of what is known about pre-Spanish days-and there is still much to be uncovered-comes from the records of other countries which were in touch with the islands. Centuries before the influence of the West was felt in the Philippines, the culture of India, China, and southeastern Asia had reached that country through the early settlers. From the eighth to the fifteenth centuries, the Philippine Islands were part of a great Hindu-Malayan empire ruled from Java and Sumatra in the neighboring islands to the southwest. Mohammedanism swept over this area of the world in the latter part of the fifteenth century. Moslems came into the Sulu Archipelago and Mindanao and converted the people. Their descendants, the Mores, have remained devout Mohammedans to this day. By the time the Spaniards came to the islands, therefore, the Filipinos had developed a way of life and a distinct culture that were suitable and satisfactory to them. They had a calendar, weights and measures, a system of writing, some elements of law, some religious ideas showing both Hindu and Mohammedan influences, and had some skill in metalworking, pottery making, and weaving. Magellan, on his voyage around the world, “discovered” the islands in 1521, nearly a half century before the first permanent settlement (St. Augustine, Florida) was established by Spain in the United States. Numerous other Spanish expeditions followed, and one of them gave to the islands the name “Las Filipinas” in honor of Philip II of Spain. Its not true. The Name Pilipinas was already there before they came. India-Philippines Link (source:wikipedia) India had greatly influenced the many different cultures of the Philippines through the Indianized kingdom of the Hindu Majapahit, and the Buddhist Srivijaya. For at least two millennia before the arrival of the Spanish, Philippines was ruled by Hindu kings called Rajahs and Pramukhas. Numerous kings with written genealogies and Sanskrit names were found by Spanish warlords and friars. [7] Indian presence in the Philippines has been ongoing since ancient times along with the Japanese people, and the Han Chinese, and Arab and Persian traders, predating even the coming of the Europeans by at least two millennium. Indian people together with the natives of the Indonesian Archipelago and the Malay Peninsula, who came as traders introduced Hinduism to the natives of the Philippines. Indian migrants have been crucial in the establishment of several Indianized Kingdoms or "Rajahnates" in the Philippines, Rajahates such as that of Butuan and Cebu. Indian Bania converts to Islam brought Sunni Islam to the Philippine islands in the course of trade, which was later enhanced and strengthened by Arab Muslim Sea traders to Mindanao and Sulu Sultanate.[8] Joshua Kamal, former Retired Overseas Biomedical Engineer at Medicine and Healthcare Answered June 24, 2019 Who are the colonizers of the Philippines? There have been several theories in this regard. Though I am Tamil from India, I like many people including many in Philippines believed that Philippines have no history prior to the Spanish occupation which began in the 15th century. Some essential subjects of modern day colonization may have been deliberately cloaked to hide the characters of the same entities who created the framework of systemic occupation of faraway lands. But no matter what, offenders will never find an aperture of exit. This time - the pandemic, natural and self invented calamities will exterminate their lines comprehensively and mercilesslly - and their souls that granted them temporary lives shall be reaped and returned. Where did all these historical facts go? It’s believed the Spanish Invaders destroyed all these valuable historical evidence of Buddhism and Hinduism. THE TITLE PHILIPPINES is linked to The name of Founder of Buddhism - Siddartha Gautama. ITS NOT SPANISH. พระพุทธเจ้า has it. A PILI PINO or The Fine Chosen One. As Siddharta Gautama, The Buddha was thought to have been born from The East - His Exact Real Birthplace now in question. The Buddha has not yet been reborn before 1963....The alleged birth place in LUMBINI, NEPAL tells something about a glaring proximity to the Philippines' LUZVIMIN....as NEPAL LAPEN deriviates NEPALAPEN when reversed and adjoined together yielding NE PALAPEN or From The Near EAST in The PHILIPPINES.

Thanks for the efforts creating the video, but I suggest that you revise/edit your video; otherwise this will further propagate confusion about pre-colonial Philippines. Grabe, simpleng migration pattern mali agad. Magbasa ka naman ng mas reliable historical sources. There are lots of published/peer-reviewed articles (e.g. archaeology, genetics and linguistics) associated with the Austronesian migration/out-of-Taiwan theory and the population of the Pacific.

This is crazy because like most of other religions there is the theme of after life, judgement of soul, heaven and hell. Why did we need Spanish civilization to basically come and spread their belief when we already had a similar belief story. Shit is just crazy. Everything basically roots to the same origin story.

Because of this video, now I fully understands clearly on where and how the Filipino origin started. Not with the colonial narratives that was forced to us in schools. Many of these evidence can be seen untill today from our indiginous arts and design, cultural celebrations, traditional beliefs and local products. Thank you NIPA Tales.
